Refund policy
Please read the size & measuring guides carefully before ordering. Since everything is made to order, pieces are cut and sewn by me specifically for you.
General return policy
After you receive your order you have 14 calendar days to request a return. I will process your request and provide you with a retour label if your order is eligible for return.
Only articles that are returned in the original packaging and condition, along with all accessories, can be returned. If the returned product is reduced in value in any way, this reduction will be deducted from the refund.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- digital sewing patterns
- other types of digital downloads
- custom orders and custom sized pieces that were manufactured according to your personal specifications and/or measurements

Submit a return request
- Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click here to log into your user account, and then request a return.
- Sign in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
Alternatively, you can also request a return by sending me an email at leen@studiominapop.be. Please include your order number and which item you wish to return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
